Tanner's Birthday!

BIG 28 this year! Hard to believe we started dating when he was just 22! This year we celebrated Tuesday night at the house. He wanted homemade lasagna and homemade brownies. Then we went over to Mike and Deb's Wednesday night and had eggs, bread and gravy, yum! And his favorite German Chocolate cake..Happy Birthday Honey! I love you so much!

San Diego with Luster's and Anderson's

This year we went to San Diego in September with the Anderson's... ahh it was so nice. Getting up in the morning, sippin coffee, sleeping in, good food and bike rides. Very relaxing.. only thing that was missing was Tanner, Levi and Ashley:( Next year! Here are a few pictures..

Fourth of July

This year we spent the 4th with the Cochran's and Rardin's.. We went over to Britt's parents house and had a BBQ pool party and then we got ready and met up with the Day's, Ebner's and Rardin's to watch  fireworks in Phoenix.

Kids camping

I haven't posted in forever! I figured I would get back into the swing of things and blog. I keep telling myself this is a great way to keep track of things that are happening in our lives and be able to look back on the pictures and stories in the future.

So, Tanner and I have been very busy this summer. We have been loving to plan trips and have trips and dates to look forward too... This last weekend Tanner and I took the kids camping.. It was an absolute blast! Chel got to come for Friday night and the kids loved her and missed her when she had to leave Saturday! Last year this time we took Riley, Kade, and Dylan, so this year we took the rest of the kiddos that were of age, Gino, Carmela, Enzo, Harley and Gianna(who we named little miss sassy pants)...We had so much fun with them . My goal with our nieces and nephews is to take a few kids at a time to spend quality time with them and get to know them individually.. It was so interesting and cool to see how their little personalities and characters are forming.. So, here are some favorite pictures from this weekend.. A little recap of what we gathered from camping... Gino is a major helper, he is so sincere, genuine and is very in touch with everyone's feelings. Carmela is so honest and you can read whatever she is thinking on her face. She is sensitive, needs affirmation and a big helper, Enzo needs to exasbaurate his energy, I find my favorite times with him is when he is doing something, finding, digging or given a challenge. He is also very delicate even though he is stereotyped as the little bully, he is definitely not:) Harley Bear is so smart and loves direction and tasks. She too is quick to help and most likely has an opinion on everything. She is also looking up to her older cousins and loves to model them. Gianna Bear, man o man Kim and Dom have their hands full.. jk she is consistently sweet, wicked smart for her age and is witty... She automatically knows she is the youngest (And we youngest are the best:) Over rall, it was a great experience and can't wait to take Riley Kade Dylan and maybe Tanner too (if he allows) again somewhere to love on each other. Maybe I'll mix up the families too..I just love all of them and our little experiences we are making together. I can honestly say I love being an auntie and being surrounding by children..
